The external part, to better describe the shape of the monument and the surrounding landscape, and the internal part. Here you will be able to wander between the 2 floors, the 16 rooms, the octagonal courtyard, the octagonal towers and the spiral staircase.

⇒ WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: The entrance ticket is not included but must be added to the cart with a supplement (€12 adults, €4 from 18 to 25 years old, free under 18).It is also possible to add rental of radio guides for better acoustics and usability of the service with a supplement of €2 per person. Castel del Monte is a UNESCO site and is located in a limited traffic area served by a car park and a paid shuttle service. Parking is paid for on site (€5 for cars, €25 for buses). From the car park it is possible to use a shuttle service that reaches the castle with regular 15-minute trips and costs €2 per person. The shuttle service is also paid for on site and cannot be booked in advance.Visiting Castel del Monte will open the doors to a wonderful region that hides an infinite wealth and beauty. Castel del Monte is open all year round, except 25/12 and 1/01.
