You will be welcomed by the owners who will show you the vegetable garden, you will learn to recognize wild herbs and various types of local vegetables, especially seasonal ones. You will collect all the ingredients needed for the cooking class. Preparation of vegetables and seasonings for the pasta and then everyone at the table to taste the first course of pasta prepared together with other Apulian specialties to conclude.
