This tour is suitable for those traveling without a car and want to visit the places of typical local products.You will meet your driver and tour leader in Bari at 9:00am. We will reach the dairy in about 40 minutes, located in the Putignano area .The experience includes a visit to the farm, the processing and seasoning area and the tasting of fresh and seasoned products.The structure is made up of a real livestock area, a milk processing plant , an area dedicated to cheese maturing and finally a sales point where it is possible to taste and buy (also with shipping) typical cheeses from Puglia.It will also be possible to observe the spinning of cheeses such as burrata and mozzarella.Return to Bari at 14.00.After production you will savor its authentic taste together with other Murgian specialties, in conviviality with your friends
