The guided tour takes about 90 minutes with a short swim break of max 15 minutes. During the boat excursion you will admire the coast of San Domino with the elephant rock, the Viole cave, the Bue Marino cave, the San Domino architiello, the Rondinelle cave, the English cove, the Pagliai, the Cretaccio, the Costoni di San Nicola and Cala delle Arene and you will have the opportunity to take a dip and see the immersed statue of San Pio. Around 12 noon the excursion will be over and you will  decide how to spend the rest of the afternoon until scheduled departure at 17.40. We recommend that you bring a packed lunch to avoid crowds and grueling queues under the sun. Keep in mind that the offer on the island is limited: bars and restaurants are very few. Know that the only beach within walking distance is very crowded in high season and it might even be impossible to lay your own towel and swim. Plan to take a taxi to a small beach at low cost. If you don't want to bear inconvenience under the blazing sun but to have a more pleasant and unique experience, this is not the option for you. In the high season, the crowds of visitors and tourists on the island are significant, so it is possible that there may be longer waiting times before boarding on the boat.

•  San Domino beach if it's not too crowded. The only one within walking distance is Cala delle Arene. Here there are lidos where you can rent a beach umbrella. Not recommended in July and August.
• Refresh yourself in the Aleppo pine forest a few steps away and take a walk to the small village of Isola.
•  Take a lunch break at in the village of Isola.
•  Take a cab boat to reach the Island of San Nicola and visit the medieval walls, the Castle and the medieval abbey, among the few medieval churches that still retains a remnant of the precious mosaic floor dating back to the 12th century. Here you can walk through the small inhabited village of San Nicola and stop at a few bars and overlook one of the viewpoints to admire the splendid panorama.
• The islands do not have many beaches and some can be reached by paths that are not very comfortable, so we do not recommend it for those who are in Tremiti for only one day.
• Another option is to rent an inflatable boat with a private skipper for the remaining hours to reach other coves (but availability should be checked at the moment) and the costs are quite high.
